2 WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

2.1.1 access or browse beatvyne;
2.1.2 use beatvyne (for example when you register for an account with us, make an event booking or make or receive payment for musical services); and/or
2.1.3 contact us.
2.2 We may use third parties’ plugins, to provide our services including, but not limited to, customer support or user activity monitoring.
2.3 Such information may include:
2.3.1 information about the internet-enabled electronic device you use to access beatvyne (including, but not limited to, your internet-enabled device’s IP address, operating system and browser type);
2.3.2 your location;
2.3.3 information about your usage of beatvyne, including:
(a) the amount of time you spend on beatvyne;
(b) the amount of time you spend on and the number of times you visit any page on beatvyne; and
(c) the search queries you make on beatvyne;
(d) any download errors that may have occurred;
(e) any information that you post on beatvyne and/or any dialogues you may have with other beatvyne users;
2.3.4 any information you submit to us when you register for an account with us or complete a booking form, including:

4 HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
4.1 We may use your information for the following purposes:
4.1.1 to ensure that content in beatvyne is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your internet enabled device;
4.1.2 to ensure that beatvyne presents or suggests artists and/or musicians local and relevant to you;
4.1.3 to provide customer service in relation to your use of beatvyne, to contact you, to deal with enquiries and complaints relating to the use of our site and to notify you about changes to beatvyne;
4.1.4 to gather usage statistics;
4.1.5 to administer, support, develop, improve and optimise beatvyne (for example so as to improve your browsing and viewing experience);
4.1.7 to send you marketing materials provided that you have expressly
consented to us doing so;
4.1.8 to provide third parties with anonymous, aggregated, statistical information about our users; and
4.1.9 for security purposes.

6.1 beatvyne may contain content and links to other sites and microsites that are operated by third parties. For example, beatvyne may contain certain links, which when selected will navigate you away from beatvyne and to another site. Such a third party sites may also use and place cookies on your internet enabled device.
7 HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION
7.1 All information that we hold about you will be collected and processed by us or by a data processor appointed by use to undertake processing on our behalf. Your personal data will be stored on servers located within the EU and controlled by us.
7.2 We have put in place appropriate technological and operational security measures to protect against any unauthorised access to or any unlawful processing of any personal information about you that we hold. However, you acknowledge that data transmission over the internet is inherently insecure and that we cannot guarantee the security of any data sent over the internet.
7.3 Your personal information will only be retained by us for a reasonable period of time or as long as the law requires or permits.
8 YOUR RIGHTS
8.1 You are entitled to know what personal data we hold about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. In certain limited circumstances you may also be entitled to request that we delete certain information that we hold about you.
