We invite you to choose your favourite artists who you’d like to see playing at beatvyne’s Music x Tech Experience 2019. In exchange, you will be entered into a prize draw which will see you being in with a chance of winning two tickets to the Music x Tech Experience on Oct 11 & 12th 2019 plus access to the Official Launch Party in Windmill Lane Recording Studios on Oct 10th. Terms & Conditions
By entering entrants agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: –
1. Valid entries must be made by way of responding to the post and tagging your favourite artists from anywhere in the world and following @beatvyne on Instagram, twitter and/or on facebook.
2. Entrants require a twitter, Instagram or facebook account, which are free to create at www.twitter.com, www.instagram.com and www.facebook.com
3. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with twitter, instagram or Facebook.
4. Entrants must be over the age of 18 years. Employees of beatvyne, their agents or contractors and anyone else connected with the promotion is not eligible to enter.
5. The winning entry will be chosen at random. The winner drawn will be final in this regard and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
6. The winner will be notified by reply on twitter, instagram or Facebook from the beatvyne social media team. Winner shall be required to provide their full name along with their email and will be subject to all attendee T&C’s. Please see here for more info.
7. The competition will run from GMT 29th June to 31st July at 12:00pm
8. The winner will be notified after 12:00pm (GMT) if a prize is unclaimed after two (2) days of receipt of winner’s notification email or message and reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, beatvyne will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
9. The winner gives their permission for their twitter, instagram and/or facebook handle to be used for promotional purposes and in any future marketing materials, website publications, promotions and prize draws of beatvyne unless they indicate otherwise.
10. No alternative or cash prize will be offered and the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
11. This competition is run by beatvyne.
12. beatvyne reserves the right to disqualify any entrants it believes not to be participating within the spirit of the promotion or suspects of participating in any unfair or unjust behaviour. beatvyne reserves the right to use its discretion in all respects and to enforce any penalty or sanction it deems appropriate.
13. The beatvyne team reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of circumstances outside of its control. beatvyne shall not be liable to the winner for any delay in them receiving their prize. The beatvyne team reserve the right to alter, amend, foreclose or withdraw the promotion or the terms and conditions of entry at any time and without prior notice.

15. By entering the competition, participants consent to the registration of their name and other relevant contact details, such as e-mail address, telephone number and city of residence. The personal data collected is used as specified in beatvyne Privacy Policy and in connection with the drawing of and contacting the winner(s) in respect of handing out the prizes. 16. Multiple entries are permitted on both twitter and Facebook but only two tickets can be won.
